Cultural photography

Cultural photography is different than travel photography.  Travel photography is more about capturing the mood and spirit of the traveler.  Cultural photography is more about the anthropology of the area.

My brother is not a professional photographer, but he has an innate curiosity about the world.  Three years ago he had the opportunity to provide some needed medical services in a remote part of Nepal.  It isn't likely he will have another opportunity to visit and the older one becomes, the less room there is for favorite memories.

I was delighted my brother was the first customer of this business.  It was a four image series that focused on various aspects of being a child in Nepal.  Two 24"x24" and two 16"x24" panel prints will serve as vivid reminders of his once in a life-time trip to one of the most remote corners of the planet.
