What type of files should I upload?

Either an uncompressed TIFF, a high resolution JPEG or even PDF files are all acceptable.

What if something is wrong with my image or order?

We review every order before processing and a confirmation pdf file of the cropped image will be sent to the customer e-mail address provided. If something is amiss, a representative from our customer service team will call you to discuss your order.

I want to use a single image image across multiple panels.  How do I do that?

This is a very effective method to cover large wall areas and it is also visually very striking.  This process requires a bit more image file finesse, so please call the shop and we will be delighted to work with you.

Can you crop and prep my image?

If you would like, we will artistically crop your image to work with the proportions of the panel print size you’ve selected. Simply provide us with a detailed description of your ideal cropping in the comments section of your order form. If the image won’t work, we will call you with an alternative solution.

Can I do all the cropping and prep myself?

Absolutely. If you prefer to complete the final cropping and file preparation yourself, simply send us a 150-300 dpi JPEG at final print size. Be sure to assign the profile that you conducted your image manipulation in. Adobe RGB or sRGB is preferred.

What about custom sizes?

We love working on custom projects.  Call the shop and we can get started.

When will my order ship?

We usually ship your panel prints within three business days from receipt of your image. If you need your panel print for a special event, please call us at 1.651.385.0500 or email us at service@RedWingDigital.com. We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you when and where you need it.

What are my options for shipping?

Each panel prints is carefully wrapped in protective foam with corner protectors and packaged to prevent damage during travel.

Within the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin or Illinois, packages are shipped via Speedee Delivery. Outside this area packages are shipped via FEDEX.

You can also choose to “Rush it,” for an additional charge and your panel prints will be in your hands even sooner.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your panel print, or if it arrives damaged, please call us at 651-385-0500 and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
